How to Fix "PDP Authentication Failure" on your eSIM

If you've encountered a "PDP Authentication Failure" message when using your eSIM, you're not alone. This common error has several straightforward solutions. Let's understand what it means and how to fix it.
What is PDP Authentication?
PDP (Packet Data Protocol) Authentication is the process your device uses to connect to a mobile network for data services. When this authentication fails, your device cannot establish a proper connection to access mobile internet.
Common Causes of PDP Authentication Failure
This error typically occurs due to:
Incorrect APN settings
Issues with your eSIM configuration

Network connectivity problems
Account-related issues
How to Fix PDP Authentication Failure
1. Reset Network Settings
If the above steps don't resolve the issue:
For iPhone:
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Restart your device
For Android:
Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
Restart your device
For Samsung:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings

2. Check Your Data Balance
A common reason for authentication failure is running out of data:
Go to Manage > Details in the RoamFlux app
Verify you have data remaining on your plan
Top up if necessary to restore connectivity
3. Review Your eSIM Configuration
To access all necessary information:
Navigate to Manage > Details > Install eSIM

Follow the configuration steps precisely
4. Connect to a Supported Network
Ensure you're connected to the correct mobile network:
